Felicty & The Americans Star Keri Russell gets Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

Felicty actress Keri Russell, best referred to for her part as a heartless KGB agent in the long-running series "The Americans," was regarded on Tuesday with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The 41-year-old actress revealed to AFP she was awestruck to get the 2,613th star on the well known walkway nearby different big names, for example, Judy Garland or Marlon Brando.

"It´s such an incredible, iconic moment," she said.

A local of California, Russell initially earned consideration for her title part in the hit TV series "Felicity," for which she won a Golden Globe Award in 1999.

She was again selected a year ago yet did not win for her part in FX's widely praised "The Americans," which is set in the 1980s and takes after a husband and wife team of undercover Soviet operatives in the United States.

"Felicity" maker J.J. Abrams commended Russell's ability during the ceremony, depicting her as somebody who shied far from the spotlight and one of the "sweetest" individuals he knows.

"What she does as such wonderfully is turned out to be other individuals. Furthermore, she does it in a way that most performers would just dream of having the capacity to do," Abrams said.

Russell's co-star on "The Americans" and genuine love, Matthew Rhys, also attended the ceremony.

The couple welcomed their first child last May. Russell also has two youngsters with ex Shane Deary.
